We are seeking a highly motivated Intranet Support Analyst to work closely with our external clients and internal staff members. Located in our National Office in Toronto, this individual will be responsible for the provision of support, training and documentation for core intranet productivity improvement modules: Project Manager, Extranet Manager, Profile Manager, Opportunity Manager, Methodology Manager, Scheduling Manager and News Manager. In this role, you will be able to work with minimal supervision and within tight timelines. The candidate will be reporting to the National Director of Knowledge Management. Typical support, training and documentation activities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide timely email and telephone support to internal and external users
  • Coordinate and deliver training
  • Identify and resolve usability issues and enhancement
  • Ensure new hire and exiting staff processes are consistently followed
  • Ensure training is integrated into new hire process
  • Develop online training materials
  • Manage information in GTNet related to staff exiting the firm
  • Manage security roles
  • Obtain/summarize user feedback
  • Data analysis, manipulation, data importing/exporting
  • Quality control
  • Compile and report on performance metric
  • Support content recirculation efforts

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a Bachelor degree or equivalent. You will have a keen desire to support the rollout of web-based business productivity tools. Knowledge of usability issues and human factors is strongly desired. You will have a passion for process improvements. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, great listening skills and a good understanding of adult learning principles. You will be analytical and a logical thinker. You will have the ability to build personal networks and strong relationships with your clients and colleagues. As well, you will be committed to meeting the demands of your work.
