Scope
The successful candidate must be an efficient developer with good working knowledge of current web standards, who is able to work well within a development team. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, and be able to prioritize effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintenance of a large quantity of websites, including multiple OSCOMMERCE Shops.
- Possible development work on a company intranet involving AJAX, PHP and SQL Server scripts.
Qualifications
- Mastery of CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
- Demonstrates experience in hand-coding HTML pages
- Experience with PHP is an asset.
- Experience with AJAX is an asset.
- Experience with SQL scripting is an asset.
- Ability to seamlessly implement UI across different browsers
- Extensive knowledge of web design patterns/best practices
- Excellent communication skill both oral and written
