Description
A communications, creative development and project management expert who manages the promotional development process for eTactics and coordinates the project team (including Product Manager, Therapeutic Area (TA) Program Managers, IT, as well as traditional/interactive agency and freelance personnel) on both eConsumer and ePharma projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide strategic recommendations for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online/offline channel integration
- Recommend eTactics options and feasibility to assigned Therapeutic Areas to help achieve brand sales and profit objectives
- Help determine ROI of DTC online advertising and paid search campaigns
- Leverage eConsumer skill set, especially online recruiting, to ePharma projects
- Coordination of project teams (includes Product Managers, TA Program Managers, IT, traditional/interactive agency and freelance personnel) through stages of planning, design, implementation, and metrics
- Become a key holder of brand ePromotion/eTactics history and learning, thereby becoming a critical educator in the promotional program development process for eBusiness initiatives
- Manage the selection and evaluation of interactive suppliers for the development/implementation of communications, including project pricing negotiations with suppliers
- Project management – ensure all project team members clearly understand project requirements, roles and responsibilities, timing and budgets and ensure projects remain on schedule/on budget
- Provide solutions-oriented thinking on project challenges/barriers
- Analyze information needs and develop specifications for new/enhanced eBusiness programs/applications
- Monitor/track and disseminate results
- All QA testing
H3. Qualifications Required
- Minimum 5-7 years of Interactive Agency Project Management/Account Management experience
- Internet-savvy individual who has:
- Experience with managing website development/maintenance projects
- Solid understanding of general marketing principles, online marketing (including email marketing and database development/maintenance, SEO, cross-channel promotion and online advertising), and traditional media
- Strong understanding of web standards relative to site-design, navigation, content structure, usability and web analytics
- Strong client management experience
- Very strong team player and demonstrated ability to negotiate varying viewpoints between multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and conflict management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
