Communicopia This position is a junior to intermediate level contract position critical to the success of our client engagements. Acting as the main point of contact on mid-sized website production and strategy projects, the Producer will help develop online project plans, lead staff and contractor teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, profitable, and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities include:
- Working alongside our senior strategy team in visioning and online planning sessions
- Lead information architecture, wireframing, and technology planning for small to mid-sized interactive projects (specialists will be brought in for large engagements)
- After the plan is set, coordinate our technology, creative, and
development teams, acting as a liaison with the client to ensure delivery of exceptional end products - Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients, managing
deliverables and changes in project scope. Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times - Prepare and manage realistic project plans, including budgets,
milestones for development, and change request process - Supporting our designers in reaching branding objectives, and
coaching clients throughout the design process - Offer support for pitches and proposal development on key projects
Skills and Experience Required
- 2 – 5 years experience at an interactive agency; core understanding of the web medium, online business and community building models and a strong interest in ongoing develop of management and critical thinking skills
- Mid to advanced level understanding of emerging and established web technologies
- Training and experience in user centered information design +
architecture an asset - A personality with a high degree of structure, detail orientation,
and "right brain" thinking, easily able to manage and support creative people to achieve their best - Strong people, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills
- Capacity to multi-task and balance internal team needs with external client demands
- Understanding of and interest in corporate sustainability /
corporate social responsibility, non-profits, and technology is a strong assetHow to Apply
