CPC Healthcare Communications, a full-service, integrated communications agency located in Toronto (at Hwy 404 and Sheppard Ave.), is looking for a Senior Web Project Manager to work on international pharmaceutical accounts.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage multi-phased, international Web development projects on time and on budget, and ensure team and client satisfaction. You will be able to mitigate risks based on your advanced knowledge of project management tools, techniques and processes. The successful candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker who performs well under pressure and has a positive attitude. International travel will be required.
Responsibilities
Reporting to an eSolutions Account Director, candidates will have the following main responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage project plans that result in satisfied clients and teams – on scope, on time and on budget
- Allocate and manage both internal and external resources, including design, usability, content and technology
- Communicate with clients and teams on an ongoing basis regarding project status; ensure that changing resource and project requirements are met and understood
- Prepare and/or update project management documentation, including but not limited to information architecture, project plans, feature/functional specifications, etc.
- Participate in client pitches and the preparation of pitch materials
- Contribute to internal process initiatives and ongoing improvement practices
Required Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates will have the following related experience:
- A minimum of 5 years project management experience in a Web production environment, managing multiple concurrent projects
- Demonstrated problem solving, QA, budgeting, tracking and business writing skills
- Highly developed relationship management skills
- In-depth knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience with the successful completion of project management courses
- Healthcare and/or marketing background a plus
- Experience on global accounts preferred; German speaking a definite asset
