As a Business Analyst in our Web Analytics team you will primarily be responsible to support web analytics for existing and new OnX customers, by evaluating the performance of their current website in an effort to better the user experience and increase returns to the customer.
You will:
- Help determine the impact of different purchase flows, page types, and offerings, in order to create and drive appropriate marketing strategies.
- Specifically identify offers and triggers of marketing messages and how they perform and impact revenue/margin.
- Highlight systemic issues that might arise after releases by looking at page flows, error rates, session timeouts and abandonment.
- Design of weblog analytical metrics and database framework to maximize revenue performance on internet sites.
