It continues to be a great time to be looking for a job as a UX professional in Toronto. Rogers Wireless is looking for a Device Interface Manager

New Services – Market Launch is responsible for the launch and incubation of all new voice and data services. This includes working closely with New Product Development, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales to bring to market the types of services that generate additional ARPU as well as differentiate Rogers Wireless through innovation and flawless execution. The Manager role is to highlight revenue generating applications and services within the main device user interface to increase service penetration, adoption and to maximize revenue

Responsibilities:

Design user interface (UI) research strategy and research schedule. Develop UI use cases/mock-ups and conduct research with respect to the overall usability of the handset experience and incorporate this research in the overall handset user interface design.

Using results of research, identify, document and prioritize market requirements for user interfaces with the overall goal of ensuring a consistent customer experience across all devices

Research other ways to make the handset experience better.
