In partnership with the VP, Online Customer Experience, the Director of Online Customer Experience drives the execution of the consumer experience strategy for online and kiosk. This role’s primary goal is to increase conversion by identifying, prioritizing and leading enhancements and innovations to functionality, usability, decision support, merchandising, content management, design and language.
