Alex King has done a fabulous job on the design and implementation of TasksPro. This application is just gorgeous. It is very different but equally elegant as Basecamp. And unlike Basecamp, TasksPro is available for purchase. It’s not that subscription software is bad, it is just the purchasing department has a hard time with software in this model. It is easier to justify the purchase of a version of software, and then the upgrade every year ala Microsoft.
