I haven’t updated the site in a while. I have been busy working with my client to understand how models of service delivery affect the technology solutions. This is a new project that takes me off of the traditional software/web product design, into the world of business process reengineering and service delivery evaluation and metrics. There have been a lot of very interesting things going on in the world of UX blogging.
- Carving Code is a great site about open-source solutions, simplicity and educational tools.
- Thomas Vander Wal has some great links about technology, information architecture and the user experience, he has an interesting model of user behaviour based on their attraction to information.
- 37signals proposes a Better Google and offers design rationale
- Forwarding Address: OS X is our favourite bloggers talking about all things OS X
- Brian Lamb talks about reusability of learning technology and objects
- Boxes and Arrow’s Programming for IAs is a great introduction for non-programmers written by Andrew Otwell
