Layered Information Architectures

by davidcrow

Erin Malone has a great artice about how designers can learn from the Charles and Ray Eames concept and films of the Power of Ten. The idea is that information can be successfully layered to provide different useful information at each level. It reminds me of the visualization work done by Ben Bederson on Zooming User Interfaces.
