Microsoft Expression is holding events around the world called Expression Around the Clock on October 4, 2007. We are hosting an event in Toronto as part of the global activities.
The event is free (all you need to do is register to attend). And I’ve been working with the team to balance the design and user experience discussion with the product launch information. We’re really excited to have a great lineup of world-class speakers including Bill Buxton and Jon Lax. We will also be demonstrating Microsoft Expression tools and “Silverlight. These are really exciting technologies that will help redefine designer-developer workflow and enable designers to create richer experiences.
Are you interested in the future trends of digital design? Do you want to expand your Expression knowledge? On October 4, 2007 the Expression Around the Clock event will provide designers with an opportunity to celebrate the relationship between user experience and design. You will learn about design, about Microsoft’s design products and why designers are an essential element of Microsoft’s plan for the future. In Toronto, we’re extremely luck to have Bill Buxton and Jon Lax speaking about the changing role of design.

The event will run from 12:30pm until about 4pm, and then we’ll head out for dinner and drinks. We’re really looking forward to starting conversations about design with the Toronto community.
