Jay and I are heading to San Francisco this week for Web2Expo. We’re really excited to see our SF peeps, I’m looking at you Sean Bonner (okay, he’s from LA, but we’re looking forward to seeing him anyway), Chris Messina, Tara Hunt, Scott Beale and everyone else. We’re going to see John & Gosia Green formerly of Toronto. It should be a great week.
Brady Forrest invited us to participate at Ignite Web2Expo, this is going to be a big change from our regular DemoCamp format. But Ignite Seattle rocks, and we’re stoked about getting a chance to see and participate in the event. The schedule is scary impressive.
We’re also presenting How to Make 27 Million People Hate You on Wednesday afternoon.
What we learned doing the Firefox 2 redesign
Now, Jay will be presenting most of this, and I’ll be relying on the shared corporate knowledge for this. Because you see, I didn’t work on redesigning the official theme for Firefox 2.
Between Sunday night and Wednesday afternoon, we’ll get our chances to see Beltzner , Teh Messina and hang out in the Web2Open . I’m also hoping to run into my new friend Marc Orchant and talk about Foldera. And I’d love to meet the following folks:
- Joi Ito
- Luke Wroblewski
- Adrian Holovaty – to ask questions about Django
- John Seeley Brown – to say thanks for The Social Life of Information
- Emily Chang
Keeping the list small and my fingers crossed. See you in SF.
