Stu Card has been awarded the 2007 Bower Award and Prize for Achievement in Science – Human-Centered Computing. This is fantastic. Stu Card wrote one of the first and most influential books of my HCI career, The Psychology of Human-Computer Interaction, this book and the associated work was one of the main reasons I want to attend Carnegie Mellon University. Congratulations Stu, thank you for you hard work, your dedication, and the ideas (even GOMS ;-)!
