[Event] AMA – The Next Marketing Revolution, Sept 21, 7:30AM

by davidcrow

I’ll be having breakfast on Thursday at the AMA Toronto Breakfast happening at Verity. It’s expensive for non-members, and for a bourbon on the rocks water on the side, I’ll tell you everything I’m going to say at the event. That said I’m interested in seeing the Verity facilities as they are a potential model to follow for the Innovation Commons and there is going to be roughly 50 people I’m sure I haven’t met at a TorCamp event yet.

Is there still a glass wall between digital and traditional marketing? Has the blog already happened, or is it just the tip of the iceberg? Five leading thinkers and practitioners in the exploding experiential and ambient marketing space will take us into a glimpse of the future: the consequences of blogging, the slippery slope of pitching digital against traditional techniques in tactics wars, and the impacts on strategy, logistics, agencies, brands and budgets.

Please join us for the AMA Toronto Chapter's season opener roundtable. Jim Warrington, past AMA president and strategist at Fantail Communications, leads an eclectic and visionary group of experts to some surprising conclusions.
