Let the ETech love in begin. Yesterday was a fun day, I attended Kathy Sierra’s Creating Passionate Users 2.0 tutorial. There was a lot of material covered from user experience design to viral marketing to story telling to flow psychology. I’ve read a lot of the sources previously but I hadn’t thought about them in terms of building a community of passionate users. If you don’t read Creating Passionate Users you should start immediately. This is how to build products that people will love or hate, but they can’t ignore them.
