The ideal candidate has solid grasp of object-oriented programming and ActionScript 2.0+ and should posses a great deal of initiative, creativity and problem solving ability (not to mention perpetual awesomeness).

Skills/Qualifications
- Fundamental OOP knowledge
- Proficient using Actionscript 2.0+
- XML,HTML,CSS
- Motion design skills,JavaScript, PHP and MySQL knowledge would be an asset
- Has demonstrated ability to work on both a design and technical level
- Expert knowledge of possibilities and limitations of the interactive space
General Responsibilities
- Effectively manage multiple priorities from one or more projects/tasks
- Pro-actively resolves problems and unfamiliar situations with supervisor, and/or peers
- Advocates within project teams and the company for solutions including areas outside of his/her project role
