We are expanding and have an immediate opening in our Toronto office for a Project Coordinator responsible for:
- Complete project work alone or in a team structure including research, site specifications, reviews, report writing , prepare training material
- Support the senior web consultants by coordinating the delivery of ebusiness and emarketing projects (web sites, microsites, email campaigns)
- Provide client service by responding to client requests on a timely basis, identifying situations requiring immediate attention and bringing them to the attention of the team lead
- Coordinate project work across matrix team ensuring projects remain on target and on budget
- Provide input to project quotes or proposals
- Participate in client meetings; contributing based on work completed
- Apply the Adeo methodology of web development to various client scenarios
- Perform R and D, communicate and foster ideas in a group environment
Preference will be given to candidates with these skills and experiences:
- Evaluating client sites based on usability and information architecture perspective and best practices for online content
- Planning new sites working with clients and site stakeholders to determine optimal structure, design and content
- Conducting usability testing to assess sites, components of sites or online applications
- Strong knowledge of Web site design, usability principles, and information architecture. Strong analytical , research and categorization skills
Your Qualifications will need to include:
- Experience working with corporate clients including project Management responsibilities
- Ability to interpret client needs and formulate appropriate web solutions
- Strong communication skills oral and written
- Excellent organization skills, with keen attention to details
- 3 years work experience: Minimum of business related coop experience, Web experience preferred
- Technically savvy
- Education: University degree
- Own mode of transportation
