If a good localhosting setup guide existed for these platforms and covered SVN, Ruby, PHP, Apache, Lighttpd, python, mysql, etc. then 'monkeys' wouldn't have an excuse for developing on the production servers. Which in turn would reduce the amount of testing/deploying unstable apps to the production servers.
