Announcing FreeUsabilityAdvice.com

I’ve been working with John and Lynn to implement FreeUsabilityAdvice . FreeUsa, as I like to call this project for short, is implemented using Textpattern . FreeUsabilityAdvice is the weblog of Expero Inc. , providing answers to questions that are most commonly heard from the customers, users, managers and executives.

If you have a burning issue, ask John and Lynn a question , I am sure they’ll have insight.

The FreeUsa site sounds like a great idea. I enjoyed reading it and immediately thought of a few questions I would like to post.

I had two suggestions for the site (just in case you were dying for my opinion). The first was to give bylines to the answers from either John or Lynn, or whoever answers it. I think that makes the site more personal. Both of them, after all, are experts at this stuff. On the same theme, you could give names and places to the questions (like Andrew from Atlanta). Or to take the advice column theme further, the names could be changed to things like to “Navigationally confused in Seattle, or “Frustrated with management in Miami.
