The Future is Unwritten

The Future is Unwritten - Joe Strummer

I’ve been waiting for a North America release of The Future is Unwritten – Joe Strummer, but it looks like I’m going to have to wait until the September release of the DVD. The Clash was one of my earliest musical influences. I thought that I’d put together a list of my must have Clash tunes. Taking inspriation from Why the Clash are still rock titans and A Tape Tribute to the Clash (I loved the ordering and mixed tape feel of Heather McCormack’s list).

  2. One of the best Clash albums is “Rat Patrol from Fort Bragg”, it is the version of Combat Rock as envisioned by Joe Summer and Mic Jones.
