Mark O’Sullivan is a was a Toronto-based developer (he’s now in Saskatoon). He runs Lussumo a PHP and .Net consultancy and the developers of Vanilla and FileBrowser. Both of these projects are released under the GPL and require PHP 4.1+ and Vanilla requires MySQL 3.23+. There’s a huge community of addons for Vanilla.
