Joey deVilla all over the web

by david on August 9, 2006

Seems like I can’t do a Google search today or open mail without our own Joey deVilla. Joey was on Developer Night in Canada talking about DemoCamp. Great interview from a couple of months ago about the whole Camp phenomena (plus I get an explicit shout out, yeh!).

My favourite quote “what if a someone made a PowerPoint like product would that be okay? I sense a loop hole.” There’s excellent discussion about “infiltration” and “selling out”. It’s a great introduction to DemoCamp.

And in Cory Doctorow’s newsletter

I did a radio interview earlier this week for CBC radio’s Sounds Like Canada, which was just aired—talking about copyright, creativity, blogging and old vs new media. Joey DeVilla thoughtfully captured an MP3 of the show and posted it, along with tons of notes.
